Right of Withdrawal
This policy applies to consumers who purchase Yumder Plus (monthly subscription, lifetime subscription, or 24-hour pass). For business customers—particularly those purchasing Boost subscriptions through the partner portal—there is no statutory right of withdrawal. The partner’s terms and conditions apply there (including the 14-day trial period for monthly subscriptions and cancellation).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, though its use is not required.
You can also declare your withdrawal directly via the “Withdraw from Contract” button in the app (Profile › Yumder Plus) or at https://app.yumder.app/widerruf. We will confirm receipt immediately via email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the service (Yumder Plus) begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and simultaneously confirmed your awareness that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon our full performance of the contract.
For the 24-Hour Pass, the service is considered fully provided after 24 hours have elapsed. For the monthly subscription and lifetime access, the service is not fully rendered as long as the contract is in effect; your right of withdrawal remains in effect in these cases, and the compensation for the value of the service provided up to the time of withdrawal, as described above, applies.
Canceling Your Subscription
Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you may cancel the monthly subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period, either in the app under Profile › Yumder Plus or in the Stripe customer portal. Periods already paid for will not be refunded on a pro-rata basis, except in the case of withdrawal.
